If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your
item or issue you a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.  Please read the details below for
more information on our Return Policy.  

Steps for returning your jewelry:

  1. Request authorization code to initiate your return.  Please note:  We will also send you a return
    form, which must be included with your returned items.  
  2. Send your new & unused items with all the original packaging (tags, box, bag, etc...).  We
    suggest insuring your package to ensure we receive it.  Simply Jules cannot process a return
    without the returned items.  *Please do not write "jewelry" on your package.

Return Policy:

  • All refunds and exchanges require an Authorization Code.  Email us before sending your
    jewelry back and we will issue you an authorization code.  No refunds/exchanges will be given
    without an authorization code.  You must request an authorization code within 14 days of the
    purchase date.  Please include the original invoice number, details of your return, and a
    reason for the return/exchange when you request the authorization code.
  • All returns/exchanges must be received within 10 days of issuing you the Authorization Code.  
  • Items that have been worn cannot be returned, therefore, all jewelry being returned or
    exchanged must include the original tags, invoice, and any other parts that were included with
    your item.  Each item must be in its original condition to qualify for a refund/exchange.
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  New shipping and handling fees will apply to
    all exchanges.
  • A fee of $3.95 will be deducted from your refund/exchange if your original purchase qualified
    for free shipping.  Note:  This fee will only apply if your return causes your original invoice price
    to drop below $75.00 (the amount that qualifies for free shipping).
  • Returns and exchanges are not offered on custom orders or sale items.  
  • We recommend that you package your items in a bubble mailer and insure your package with
    delivery confirmation so you can track your package.  Simply Jules is not responsible for lost or
    damaged packages, therefore, cannot issue a refund/exchange for an item that is not
    successfully returned to us.
